He's actually not that difficult to lane against :) He's pretty easy to shut down if you know how to lane against him.
A few tips I can provide:
1: You need to move. His Q is his only source of poke, and it's not that reliable unless you enjoy standing still. It's a slow moving projectile, and he gives obvious visual ques when his tornado is ready. If you see the wind circling around him, that means his tornado is ready on his Q. Be a little more aware during that time, and try to get him to waste it on minions. As long as you're moving (and not in a pattern), he wont be able to hit you easily. It's also slow so side stepping works well.
2: He can't spam dashes unless there is a full wave of minions. Best way to stop that? Remove the minions. If you're trying to go in on him with a lot of minions in the lane, then he's going to use that to his advantage to get away. Always be mindful of your surroundings and as to how many minions are in lane.
3: His shield is easy to break. Use AAs to knock down the shield before throwing more damage at him. Always remember to wait a second before doing so since the shield has a small countdown to being depleted.
4: Bait his windwall. Early levels it has a super high cooldown. If you bait him to using it by either AAing him or using a non-important ability (like an Annie Q, etc), then you'll be able to hit him hard without any protection. Also remember to move when he does cast it. Don't even blow all your abilities when he has it up. Always wait till after it's on cooldown.
5: His ult is tough for him to pull off unless his team is centered around knockups. Basically, unless he's in a group with friends, there's a good chance he wont have any extra knockups for his ult. Which means dodging his Q is VERY important in preventing you from getting hit for a lot of damage.
6: Yasuo is extremely squishy early game. Use that to your advantage if you're playing a ranged champion like Vel'koz, Xerath, etc. Most Yasuo's play very passively until 3, so don't be afraid to be a little aggressive before then if your champion permits it.
7: Always keep in mind that Yasuo is meant to counter immobile mages. Which means try playing melee champions or mobile ranged champions. Characters like LeBlanc, Fizz, and Zed can really hurt a Yasuo and stomp him really hard.
I hope that helps! He's honestly not that hard to play against, and is very easily countered by melee champions or mobile champs :) Also, don't let yourself get tilted just going against one. That will make you more prone to mistakes and not paying attention to when his Q is ready and whether he's wasted his windwall.
Good luck!
