Riot blew the ADC role WAAAYY out of proportion

When considering top and mid laners, yes, some champs are undeniably better than others but a bad midlaner like or can still easily win against a meta midlaner like ; all it takes is skill.

However, when it comes to the ADC role, picking vs is almost a guaranteed loss. meta ad carries are ridiculously OP while non-meta ad carries are ineffective and don't offer much to the team.
