Remove auto-fill in low elos maybe ?

First champ select i get supp , i have no problem with playin supp i can fill all roles but the problem is the other guys in the champ select , so our adc left second one i get supp again our mid left cause it wasn't his lane ,'' auto fill '' third i was jungle , our supp left auto fill again LOL wtf remove auto fill from this elo , i literally waited 12 mins for a match
