Damn, Cull seems like a pretty good item

450 gold 5 AD 3 life onhit Passively grants 1 more gold on CS, up to 100. At 100 cs with this item, you gain 300 gold, and the gold passive shuts off.

You can make up to 400 gold off this item, nearly making up for its cost already. The remaining 50 gold is replenished by selling your item.

It is weaker than dorans blade, but it allows you to make up the cost of your starting item, allowing you to get your first item just that little bit sooner.

Seems like it could be great on champs like Vayne and Kog, who really just want to farm anyways.
