Why does base dmg have to be enough for a champ to kill people?
IMO its stupid that champs base dmg's are more valuable then their scalings. i would legit rather have every champ in league balanced in the way that base dmg was like 20 dmg. scaling increased to make it the same dmg for every champ as it is across the board rn IF they are ahead. and before people say - without base dmg's you would have no earlygame before items- im talking make it so more then 1 for 1 scaling is the norm. IMO why do i get more dmg off of a skill level up then buying an nlr for a lot of champs.
