So what i have to do if my jungler is afk farming whole game, and for example he watched me from krugs how i'm dying under tower 1v2 whole game?

I'm mid laner, and you probably can say hey bro you have to play safe, hug tower, etc, but this is a huge problem, bcs if you will play like that you won't win game, if your top and bot fucked up. And this is a real problem for me, if jungler took my pinks and i have cd on trinket i literally cant do anything bcs when my mid is pushed, and their mid is in base or smthing, their jungler do followup on me, same as their lane where im trying to roam? ( mine lane not of course ) Sorry for my bad english, but atleast i tried to write smthing :(
