I'm 3 levels behind the enemy jungle because my bottom/mid picks cannot contest anything

This is actually really fucking sad.

The enemy Shaco and bottom lane keep invading my jungle. My bottom lane is Ezreal + Soraka, and they cannot win a fight against the enemy bottom lane.

The reduced jungle scaling makes every camp I have to concede to Shaco put me even further behind, and the few camps I do manage to get are worth less. I have no way to catch up, and I'm already so far behind that I can't really gank anything.

I have absolutely no way to impact this game, and there's quite literally nothing I can do, for reasons that are entirely outside of my control. There's nothing okay about this scenario.
