Aatrox and urgot are the kaisa and lucian of bot lane

Pretty much impossible to play against if you're not playing the other one, they are a full tier ahead (or more) of every other playable top/adc.

Is nothing going to be done about how those 2(4) champs are sufocating 2 lanes worth of playable champions?
