Aurelion Sol top build???

I was thinking of going A.Sol top and use this build:

Boots of Swiftness, Rulia's, Luden's Echo, Dead Man's Plate, Warmog's, and possibly one of the new Hextech items or Sunfire cape.

Would that build work on him? Like would he be tanky enough to survive a fight but also still have the AP to deal a lot of damage with this build?
