My opinion (popularity not included): Just revert morg back to 7.23

the 7.24 changes were a complete mess, we said so on pbe... the had to be "hotfixed" after they went live.

u have had to since change her mana regen again TWICE

before that she has been fine for two years

with a small increase of her black shield range and an animation bugfix in 7.9

and a tiny base hp buff and per level buff because of runes reforged changes in 7.22

what happened to "if its not broken. don't try to fix it"
