hextech chests, what should be in them?
i was able to open a chest today to get a skin to a champ i dont even own gg riot. Why dont they give skins to champs you do OWN instead of champs you dont.

getting a skin for a champion you don't own might make you more inclined to purchase that champion, which is good for business.
