Leaver Buster Ban

Hello, The Purpose of this discussion is about why did i get a leaver buster ban and i did not leave but the client did not enter me and disconnected me from the game and i was able to create a new lobby although i did not play that game and i closed the client and re opened it then the leaver buster ban showed to me and i got astonished that i did not enter the game because of the client and i got banned so please...please that was not my bad so i hope that someone helps me with that and remove this ban please.
