Same way Sivir auto-attacks while using Q, Gnar auto-attacks while using Q, Nidalee, Kalista, and Pantheon never runs out of spears...

Why does Fizz do so much damage in the area where he plops down onto after using his W?
He presses his E then he right clicks something and Auto attacks....thats how....
he slaps you with his hand, and when he uses w its a backhand*[zombie-brand-mindblown]*
Because he doesn't even have a weapon , imagine if he had a real one
