Luden's on Kennen any good?

So I haven't really seen it built or recommended in any guides and I'm curious why? He is an AOE damage champ so extra AOE burst is a good thing, I'm not sure how his ratios are (usually sorc shoes and guise are good items on champs w/ high base damage but low ratios) but it seems like the extra ratio on luden's would be good for his combo burst if his are low, and most importantly it looks to me like he could abuse the MS and passive since the MS helps him get in for slicing maelstrom and the passive charges are boosted by his surge movement bonus. Is there something I'm missing that makes Luden's not one of the best items to build on Kennen?

I don't think i ever see luden's on the recommended for any champ

Luden's is really good on Kennen tho

Kennan has bad ratios. You want ludens on champions who will get multiple procs in a fight, not on champions because they have aoe.

Is your champion an AP champion? Luden's is good on them.
