Summoner Spell Item Combos?

So about a year ago I posted a thread asking about additionally summoner spell interactions with items like what was done with smite. I asked this because at the time and even now many summoners feel underwhelming to use and are very very niche.

Clearly a Rioter must of seen the thread or had the same idea because with the addition gamemodes Riot has came out with since some times have changed the other summoner spells like infinite flashes while in a specific zone.

While I never really had an ideas for Flash since it's used at all times would still like to see summoners like Barrier, Heal, Cleanse, and Clarity get some love with summoner spell upgrades I.E Allowing Exhaust to be buffed when you by variations of support items like like Face of the Mountain while Clarity gets upgraded depending on your AP itemization.

I'm mostly just curios to know if anyone at Riot might be thinking of implementing an idea.
