Account 1 is silver 2, account 2, lost 5 games in a row for provisionals

Hey. Just asking some questions on how to play. My first account is http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=trolololol03 and my second account is http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=Lachy17. I'm wondering why is there such a difference? On my first account, the people I play with go with conventional picks whereas on the second account, I played with a alister mid, a chogath mid, and even teemo top. Any suggestions to help me out?
