When I saw Nimbus Cloak

I just thought I'd probably take off Phase Rush from the one and only champ that I use it on. It also makes me feel like instead of Phase Rush, Transcendence should be a keystone rune. Considering that Ultimate Hat isn't going to be in the Sorcery tree anymore, they could put some of that power into Transcendence and put it in the keystone spot. I just feel like Transcendence has a lot of potential to be a keystone after some tweaking.
