Riot, can we talk about Muramana?

Are there any plans in he works for this item?

A lot of ppls agree that the item is in a terrible stat right now as only can use it. doesn't need mana like before and prefers lethality and essence reaver if he needs mana.

reworks don't use the item.

Besides the lack of users, the item also has some other problems

-Takes to long to charge -not many AD champs have single target spell. -not mana AD champs need the mana it provide nor do they have access to other mana items that help muramana scale. -The damage from muramana bad compared to lethality and crit builds.

The item has a great on hit single target passive, but it just really hard to build the item and not many champs can use it.

So, are there any plans for this item?
