Even after 3 patches, Taliyah's W doesn't even have an accurate indicator.

I don't get it. What's the logic behind this? It's already bad enough that Riot has disregarded every suggested improvement to W from mains, rendered W and E to be nearly worthless late game, and turned her into a Q bot. Shouldn't it have been spotted and fixed while it was still in PBE testing, especially when so many people were supporting this change? What happened to that? It's just mind boggling since it's been here for almost two months and it's supposed to help new players play her.
