Because he's suffering Azir syndrome people are bad at him generally due to his skill floor but the great Ryzes are utterly broken.
I don't even know why they're doing anything to him (unless he's really strong right now and I haven't noticed), considering they're going to rework him mid year anyways.
Ryze is my favorite champ. I feel like the next nerf might hurt him considerably and I don't want him to be reworked. DO NOT REOWRK RYZE
