Mysterious ward skin in champ select.

I was in champ select and saw i could change ward skins ( In old client i could not change mine) and wanted to check if new client had anything special with it and in my surprise i saw another ward skin named "2016 Conquering Ward" Saw nothing in the patch notes about this so it could be a bug or new ward skin?
