Ty Riot for last patch

Since the early base damage nerfs to ranged carries, I can now Mordekiaser adc without being out poked early. Mind you, I find myself blown up before I reach my targets come late, but if I can abuse the stat diffrences early and get chain ghosts, it done!!

And don't get me started when I abuse the protobelt w pop bug and make everyone who sees my proto leap blind to me w! Exaust, invisi-w, ignite, ult, and my ghost does the rest!!
