matchmaking..like wtf???

He ran it down mid, didn't stop trolling, Inting, refusing to surrender, I and my brother, both reported him, wrote fucking essays about what he did, and we get matched with him the next queue, what the actual hell is going on, like why? why would I want to play with someone I reported for being a little punk, a bastard I hated so damn much, an idiot that would've caused my demotion, yes this is a rant, this is disgusting..
