Ranked Matchmaking

Please fix the balancing of solo queue matchmaking. It is actually pissing me off and I started to cut my wrists because of it. Whenever I am in promos, my team is significantly worse than any other game. I can get quadra kills easily in non-promo games. When I check the ranks of players, the players in the non-promo games have higher ranks all around while in promos, my team has significantly lower rankings compared to the other team. Please fix the shitty balance of ranked queues before I end my fucking life. I know that I am not the only person in this game who feels this way. I even went out of my way as to breaking a keyboard because of promos.
