% Armor and Magic Penetration should be converted to bonus penetration
As of right now,
and
both offer a clear percentage to reduce the total amount of armor and magic resist a target has. These percentage stats should, in my opinion, only apply to bonus armor and magic resist. Tanks with high base armor/magic should have the advantage over not being fully affected by these items. Keep in mind bonus % penetration existed until they reworked Lord Dominik’s Regards. But it never occurred to Void Staff. I feel like this concept was balanced and should be brought back through converting LDR, Void, and Mortal Reminder into bonus % penetration.
