TEAM BALANCING
plz fix my teams im hard stuck and i always have a good kda. I try my best to carry my team and no matter what happens i still lose. Im not flaming them at all they just r bad and I deserve a better place, plz fix my mmr and elo.

it's the same story in other mmr / elo because there always 2-3 people that get carried hardcore despite not having any skill fitting the mmr / elo, we've suffered for years but riot doesn't seem to give a damn.
new players have been getting demolished by smurfs for long enough, there needs to be less incentives in having multiple accounts and make elo decay faster so people only have one main. so they can't learn at all, they become toxic and don't listen to anyone and end up being lv.30+ without any skill..
