Map Accents in relation to the skins played

Hey Riot,

I was thinking, as something to encourage people to buy the best skins in the game in my opinion (Blood Moon) I think you should enable the blood moon map accents when there are 3 or more players (for example) in the game playing blood moon skins :) or at least the players themselves could experience the map accents in their client?
