poacher's knife buff

what if smiting drake and baron with poacher disabled timer and animations? poacher's knife should be used by strong junglers, the same junglers who can solo drake. i miss sometimes to be able to solo drake without anyone noticing me. but it would be important to disable also the screams and the texts in chat or this buff wouldnt make any difference
