Blue Essence ( and why it is flawed)

The current system of blue essence is flawed greatly, being that if you start at 0 BE at level 30, you only gain a single champion capsule every time you level up, which you can either disenchant and gain blue essence, or if you wait for a significantly long amount of time, you might be able to unlock it after about four more leveling capsules disenchanted. Right now, riot has taken away any BE that was given after a game, so our only source of BE is leveling capsules. This will make it almost impossible to have a chance at getting any high-ip champions. An easy solution would be to bring back BE at the end of each game.
