still has a 54-56% win rate across all elos. (based on sites that already have the 6.24 data up)

i haven't played lately. so i haven't seen this in person. i am just going by raw data. but judging by that data i don't think the nerfs really hit home.

again the ONLY data i am using is that the raw numbers data from sites. I HAVE NOT faced him. I am simply forming an option based on the data I currently have. If you would like to provide more data to counter this, please do so.
