Something truly broken from my perspective

I got into my last game for the night a little bit ago playing jungle Kha'zix, shortly after receiving a leash on gromp from my bottom lane I was halfway through clearing blue buff when out of nowhere comes the enemy Shaco armed with red buff. I gave up the buff and walked away wounded throwing a ward in the bush for vision. Instead of taking the buff he comes after me as I retreat to the safe haven of mid turret, I watch him retreat past the ward I had placed and decided to grab a quick heal off of wolves before heading back to blue buff only to be aggressed upon again, at this point our support (lux) came to my aid and successfully snared him only to have him disappear after it's duration. I escape and back, buy my first jungle item, and return to my blue buff only to be attacked again and killed by Shaco. Game over right? I'm two levels behind, out two buffs now, broke and defeated. Is there some kind of possible counter play I could have administered here instead of losing 4 minutes into a 20 minute, at least, game or is this just the worst example of a broken situation? Maybe Kha needs a buff(since he sucks right now) maybe Shaco needs a nerf, whatever the solution is one thing is perfectly clear. Someone down at riot needs to play this scenario out and do some analyzing(analysis, I know, I'm goin for a kooky tone here) and fix something here cause something is wrong with this picture.
