@Repetoir, A Possible Change to Quinn's Execute

So, I've recently read online that you said that you and some other Rioters were looking at Quinn. I would like to make a suggestion for a possible buff to her second activation of her ultimate, Skystrike. In her current form, the execute does less damage then a single harrier auto that doesn't crit around 300 AD and becomes almost useless late game. Keeping it the way it was, I thought of an idea that would help Quinn's playstyle of, dive in and get a high priority target, and attempt to get out. Attempt is in bold because this usually doesn't happen. An idea I thought of was that when Quinn activates the Skystrike, she is able to come down anywhere within the AoE damage zone. This would allow her to get her target and get out, relatively safely, similar to other champions like Zed or Leblanc.

TLDR When Quinn activates Skystrike, she can come down anywhere within the AoE effect.
