Project Items

Hey I have 2 augment cache fragments but I have already bought all of the things available that give me these, the Ekko, Ashe and Katarina icons plus the disruptor and i also have 5 Project Cores left with the other blue prints.

What can I do with these? Will they be in my inventory forever? Will u exchange these pieces for IP?
