So Riot when i should call RIP on Urgot?

Already struggling hard in team fights due to the lack of which leave him all exposed to cc special that his W give him slow over his movement.

And he one of the juggernauts class champions that not able to use Conqueror rune to be able to put out some true damage to slice through tanky armor champions and he doesn't have armor pen like plus no sustain like Just a shield that can get destroyed in seconds with the damage going around in this game.

So when i should call it RIP on his head ? After you bring back every tanker in game so they can suck his damage and keep ccing him over and over cause no tenacity from item like all his classes metas? or maybe when you keep buffing up adc again so they can rush and say screw you and your ult i will destroy you in few AA while you can't do anything cause i cancel your ult with point to click?

Look i don't have problem with Tankers or ADCs coming back and i don't care much about them, i care about champion in a bad spot and only good at 1v1 otherwise he just a dead weight that can get cced easily plus his kit slow him while having no sustain at all.
