Vladimir is so op. And this ability to go undur the map is so op too. Becouse this ability can dodge all champs alibities.Pls Do something abaut it Rework it pls.

Would it kill you to form a compelling argument rather then a ton of assertions?
Vladimirs has his pool the way it is because its his only counter play measure... no cc, mobility, or shields nothing. He also has a success shackled to his q with is a 6 second process of looping this ability amidst the enemy team. He has an invulnerability spell like that because if he didn't he would just be a squishy immobile mage that dove way to far and will die. Trust me, you don't want that pool to be mobility or cc or then Vladimir would really show you broken.
it's nice when people can kill you before you complete your dash but Vladimir pool even if you hit him before he is in the ground you just pass right through him. it is so broken to the point of being unfair
