Sometimes, I wont connect to the server cause I have "network problems" even though my net is fine

This shit has gotten me banned and low priority queued more times than I can count, it is extremely obnoxious and is in no way a problem on my end. I would play like 15 matches with no issues and then randomly this shit happens. To be clear, after the lobby phase, rather than going to a loading screen, I would get a black screen telling me "Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect to your game". This has to be the most obnoxious thing ever. Anyone else have this issue on a semi-regular basis?
