Help

Ok so Ive been playing since s3 Im a jg main but Im still in b1 the highest I hit in s5 was silver IV I do rage a bit after a lost in ranked (I dont play normals ever since I hit 30 back in s3) and my dream in this game is to atleast get to diamond.... What can I do ? Ive tried everything from 1v1 a diamond player and get tips from them to farming with no runes or masteries... I want to get better Im up for any daily routine
