Elemental dragons and Baron were REALLY out of control last season

Can we please not have a repeat of this this season? Get rid of the elemental drakes. They cause WAY too much snowballing and are not healthy at all for this game. And bring baron back to it's original state, where it just gave extra ap and ad for a short time.
