To me Blue Essence is useless, I think it would be incredibly helpful, and more intriguing to actually buy hextech chests if there was only one essence. So that if you get a champ you already own, you can disenchant it to try and get a skin or an icon. I was excited for the idea of this until I actually started opening hextech chests. If I wanted to get a mystery skin I would just spend rp to get a mystery skin. I wouldn't do this and risk my chances of getting another freaking champion.

Yes, and when you do it doesn't take 3 to do so.

I think if they made this possible they'd have to make it cost more than 1 skin to disenchant it to compensate for that, but I do like the idea.
