What if RIOT just banned Dark Harvest from ARAM?

Let's face it, it's still broken. Especially on AD assassins, which didn't need the added burst to begin with and that using Dark Harvest+Duskblade can now 100->0 people with a single attack, sometimes even multiple times in a fight.
