The hextech items needs a buff

I don't seen anyone build any of the hextech items except the rocket belt and surprise it mainly used by ap assassin... Seriously I don't think anyone wanted to see this guy or her buffed directly or indirectly. I really hope they buff the actives on these items to make them more worthwhile.
