How to CS on Katarina

Katarina has been my favorite champ for the past 3 years that I have played LoL and with the introductions of earning S ranks for masteries and chests being able to get amazing CS has become even more important, I find it easy to cs as just about every other champion but I can never get more than average cs as katarina.

If I start Q then I have a 10 sec cd at lvl 1 to try and farm fro ma distance and when I go in to AA I get bursted by my opponents, if I take W lvl 1 then I have a 4 sec cd ability to farm with but I get zoned very hard and get bursted down lvl 1 and either die or have to back.

I generally start Q, then E, then W and can out sustain my opponents and get more kills and do good but by doing so I get so far behind in CS early game that by csing better mid-late game doesn't cut it.

Anyone here experienced with katarina and know any tips on how to get ahead on CS early on and stay ahead?
