Dark seal and Mejais on Singed

Out of all the things Singed can start, is one of the most potent.

Why?

Look at what this gives singed in total. Between 15 and 45 AP (Increases if you snowball) 100 mana 25 HP 413 health sustain (300 from the pots, extended by 10% from secret stash, increased by 25% by dark seal)

When you upgrade to that health regen becomes 619 health, along with 165 mana.

This is a lot for a starting item.

Now, most of the time, Singed will lose lane, and as such will not get any stacks.

As such, you will sell the Dark Seal eventually in most games.

However, if you snowball, and the enemy doesn't have a way to deal with you... oh boy. At 15 stacks and above, Mejais grants the owner 10% movement speed.

Not saying that a Mejais on Singed is the BEST of ideas, but hey.

Lets just say that a fed singed is terrifying Also, VERY fast.
