lvl 30 tier 2 runes vs diamonds and plats

Can someone please help? I'm solo-q-ing, I need to play to get IP to buy runes. But in normal games, I get teammates that are silver or gold, which is fine. But I get diamonds and plat enemies who just lolzggez stomp us all. I have Tier2 runes, the dmg difference is big from the beginning, and then this game experience difference. After that land slide win, they'd go 'lol ez game' 'you're a retard' 'eat my pussy' and so forth. Is this riot's idea of balanced games? Getting called names after unblanced matches? Is ranked games the only way to avoid this scenerio? Where do people go to practice a champ they want to rank with? If I want to try a new champ, I just use it in ranked game? That doesn't make sense to me. What can I do?
