Tahm Kench: Priority targeting of W (Devour)

I've been playing Tahm Kench as a Jungler pretty effectively, but have noticed that when I go into team fights I'll get three stacks of "Acquired Taste" on an enemy Champion and go to land my W on them only to have me gulp down an ally instead. I even specifically hovered my mouse over an enemy Yasuo I wanted to Devour, made sure I had three stacks, made sure I had him highlighted, and I ate an ally Leona instead. This not only ended Leona's CC chain on the Yasuo, but it also resulted in Yasuo living a bit longer and hurting our ADC more when all I wanted to do was execute him before he hurt our ADC.

Is there a way we could get Devour to prioritize enemy champions that have three stacks of Acquired Taste on them? Clearly if I'm in an enemy champions face, have three stacks on them, and am standing directly beside them I WANT to Devour them, not my allies that are also trying to do their own thing.

I had similar problems too, also on picking up minions rather than champions in lane, but you know maybe next to that enemy with three stacks you are facing there's your adc that's going to die because of other enemies, and you want to save hi, but because of the enemy with three stack you devour him and let you adc die... Is really situational and overlapping is a big problem, probably the only thing to do is reducing the area in which you cursor detects a target, or something like this, i don't really know how it works in terms of coding

Bump. My consistent problem, when in a group of minions, has been eating minions instead of the ally I'm trying to protect.

Bump. This issue annoys me to this day. I get flame from my team because i end up eating them and not the 3 stack enemy right in front of us. Why does this weird priority exist? why can't i just eat the target i'm clicking?! Riot please!
