Maybe its time to Fix him ? Even Kaisa was broken for longer time than Ornn and now again Riot plan to Buff Zoe next patch

they removed his unstoppable, and touched his stats just enough to make him not op which then meant that he was meh, and now the average ornn cant compete with the strongest onetrick top laners... so hes just not as good as his release state

But since Ornn still gets picked in pro play it will probably be several months before Riot gives Ornn any sort of buffs. Thats the reality of League right now, sad but true.
His counters in soloqueue are currently top tier. It explains why Mao (who even though has a 50~% winrate) is considered Tier 4. The removal of Unstoppable made no sense. If that status effect was making his damage too much, then why not weaken the damage and not remove the effect? Isn't that the point?
Ornn performs greatly in the pro games and is in good shape. Just don't pick him until you play with a team of 4 pros.
