SOLO players in DYNAMIC Q should be rewarded

solo queue players has worse game experience when matched with premades, because:

1. the premades has voice chat, so they NEVER SAID A SINGLE THING IN GAME which makes the solo player feels not included and not informed. 2.the premades WILL blame the solo player(s) when the team is doing bad
2. the game become less of the match up between the solo players of each team but instead which team has better premades.
3. in game decision making will always put the solo players in disadvantage. for example the premade jg will gank the premade top instead of solo mid even tho enemy top has good escapes and enemy mid has no mobility.
4. in solo queue even when there was duo queues it was still mostly solo and everyone decide their own fate, while dynamic queue your fate is decided the moment you match with the trio premade.

Whatever Rito hates solo players they dont like loners we have to play with friends
