Aatrox should be able to activate his R during his other abilities

Just something I noticed while testing him. If you want to activate his ult right before taking lethal damage you can't do that during his other abilities. I'm aware that the intention is that you cast it earlier because the blood well takes time to build up, but I still think it needs to be castable during his abilities because his Qs have long cast times. It wouldn't be a significant buff because you're already rewarded for activating it pre-fight due to how it works, so it's just a QoL thing.
