Riot Patch 8.24 or 8.25 Ideas!

• Can she start with a lower base attack range.
• Can she not have a fleet foot work passive or the leech of movement speed off her auto’s. -Maybe nerf that AD Ratio off her Q healing because that’s a little to broken.

Omni-Stone I like the idea but I hate how it is carried out. I like the changes listed in 9.24 but it seems to be weak still.

Maybe design the rune so we can select a certain rune component from each rune tree and hold it for six minutes just like the unsealed spell-book.

Example: I personally believe it would be cool to choose fleet foot work at lvl 1 and lane with it and six min later be forced to change it to a different rune and fleet will be on a cool down.
