so many trolls in ranks.

a majority of the trolls in my game are under lvl 60 with no previous rank? my guess is they already got ban and made a new account, that new account gets ban just repeat. actually starting to piss me off. they dont even care cause they have 0 money in that account which pisses me off and spread toxicity
